Darwin Waterfront Short Stay Apartments has a strict no party policy for all apartments, the maximum number of occupants at any one time must not exceed 1.5 times the number of registered guests. Failure to comply will result in eviction with no option of a refund.

Animals or pets are strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

There is to be no smoking inside the apartments at any circumstances.

Identification -Valid photo identification and the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the guest cannot provide a valid photo ID or valid credit card that matches the name on the booking.

Dynamic Pricing -Prices/ quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until payment has been processed and you have received formal confirmation of your booking from us via email, SMS or letter. A dynamic pricing structure is in operation, tariffs change regularly according to occupancy. If a lower tariff is listed than previously booked we, unfortunately, cannot amend the tariffs charged after a booking confirmation has been issued.

Conditions of stay -When planning your stay, please be aware that our check-in time is from 2:00 pm and the check out time on your day of departure is 10:00 am. Should you require times earlier or later, they are subject to availability and may incur an additional day use charge.

Room Bond -Please note that a room bond can be taken up to 3 days before check-in. The bond amounts are as follows:$200 for a 1 bedroom, $400 for 2 bedrooms, $500 for the 3 bedrooms. The bond will be refunded after the inspection has been completed.

If the apartment is damaged due to accidental, negligence or willful act of the guests or the guest's invitees the apartment will be repaired by us at the cost of the registered guest.

Any damage over these amounts may result in a report lodged with the Police as malicious damage.

No refunds will be given for early departure or eviction.
